Rick Clements loves Western NY and his customer thought the east and Canada. In November 2004, following a decade of valuable management experience in the transit industry as VP and General Manager of another major manufacturer of street furniture and signage products, and previously, more than 25 years international management responsibilities in the fluid power & automotive equipment industry, Richard joined Tolar.

His mission os to provide improved contact and service to the growing list of Tolar’s customers in the Eastern half of the continent.  Richard has a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Western Ontario as well as additional technical and international management courses.
