Bus Stop and Transit Shelters: Signature Series

SIGA-CUSTOM-25

24-ft Custom Signature bus shelters feature a half-gull wing roof (also available in full gull option), with radius purlins, and aluminum roof panels secured with gasketed pressure ribs. The steel support posts are topped with perforated panels in the shelter bay showcasing Long Beach Transit branding. Passenger information kiosks extend along the side, providing information while serving as a weather-protecting wall, and can house revenue-generating advertising. Real-time information signage is from WaySine while security lighting is from Urban Solar Corp and managed through Tolar’s SmartLink controller.

These shelters are available in three lengths and are part of an eight-shelter project in downtown Long Beach that provide ADA improvements, amenities for bike riders, and new amenities for transit passengers including Mesa benches enhanced with seat delineators, and lean rails.
